Spain collection & handover
Madrid collection allows the family to meet us directly, review the contract and records, and discuss the first days at home. Longer domestic journeys are planned around heat, rest and travel duration.
Identification first
The microchip must be recorded before the rabies vaccination used for travel. Identity is checked against every veterinary document.
Arrival & registration
The receiving family completes the identification and ownership procedures required by its autonomous community and municipality.
Welfare-led handover
A calm in-person handover in Madrid is preferred where practical. Alternative domestic delivery is assessed individually.
